American Baptist Churches of the Great Rivers Region
ATTENTION ALL DELEGATES:
From the chart mailed with registration materials to your church, please determine the number of Voting Delegates your church can have. Solicit that number of Voting Delegates from your church, and add as many Non-Voting Participants as possible (no limit to the number of Non-voting participants who may register).
Please note that VOTING Delegates must obtain your Church Clerk’s signature on their registration form before sending it in.
Because of the nature of the business to be included in plenary sessions, it is essential that Voting Delegates be carefully identified.
Plenary sessions and location of meal functions, exhibits and bookstore will be at the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel, 4191 U.S. Highway 36 West in Decatur, Illinois.
Sunday Worship and Sunday breakfast functions will be held at First Baptist Church, 1320 Arbor Drive in Decatur, Illinois.
