Please note: Opening any of the following downloads may require several seconds. Two processes cause this delay. Adobe Reader IconFirst, your computer must open the Adobe Reader. Second, the Adobe Reader opens the file. If you do not have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer, follow this link to the download page or click on the Adobe icon above . Thank you for your patience. (Needing to produce PDFs? Read about the options.)

One of the advantages of using the Adobe Reader beginning with version 6 with Windows XP is you have the option to have any PDF page (other than scanned in) read to you. On the Adobe menu go to View then Read Out Loud.

Training for Growing Healthy Churches

GRR at Natural Church Development

From April 12 - 14 (from left to right) Richard Ricks, Dan Siems, Paul Maitland, Cheryl Henson, and Gary Harrison participated in Natural Church Development Training at Church Smart Resources of St. Charles IL. Pastors Siems (Galesburg FBC with Deacon Chairperson, Gary Harrison) and Maitland (Second Baptist, Peoria) are overseeing the implementation of this process in their churches.
Several GRR staff are trained to help your church consider, implement, and evaluate this process for growing healthy churches. For more, contact project leader Max Klinkenborg.

Training to Avoid "Crossing the Line"

Spiritual leadership is full of boundary conflicts. Often the lines between what is appropriate and what is not are unclear. We have all heard the stories of leaders who have “crossed the line,” wounding both themselves and others. Healthy churches practice healthy relationships that respect appropriate boundaries.
Dwight Stinnett will be the instructor in this one day course on April 25 hosted by Mt. Vernon IL First Baptist Church. Registration
