American Baptist Churches of the Great Rivers Region
The Great Rivers Region has an ongoing formal relationship with the Federation Association of Baptist in Costa Rica.
Each year the GRR sends mission work teams to the San Jose area to work at a small missionary church in the suburb of Alajuelita.
If you are looking for a life changing experience then this might be the trip you are looking to make a part of your life.
Here are some pieces of information that you will need to start the process of going on a mission trip with an international flavor:
The first mission trip to Costa Rica under this partnership went in May of 2003. This is a chronicle list of who and when churches and groups have gone.
In 2008 we had one team in Costa Rica working on the church in Alajuelita.
