Visiting the Regional Office?

We are located at 3940 Pintail Drive on the Southwest side of Springfield. Exit at Exit #93 (Route 4) on I-72 and go south towards Chatham. At the Prairie Crossing intersection turn onto Mather's Road and follow it for about 1/2 mile. We'll be on your right (north side). Turn onto Pintail and the first driveway to your right.

Presto - you are at the office! We are always happy to see you at the GRR Regional Office.

You don't need to make an appointment to visit the GRR office--just drop in any office day. But, if you need to see a particular person, you should call ahead and schedule a time to meet.

Our normal office hours are: M - F, 8:30 - 4:30. The office observes the federal holiday schedule.
