How to Convert Your Document to PDF

Please Note:

To make a PDF out of a non-pdf document you must first have software installed that will convert the non-pdf computer file to a pdf computer file. Scanned documents cannot directly be converted to PDF.These must first be processed to convert the file to text. This is called Optical Character Recognition or OCR.

Converting a Computer Document File to PDF:

1. Have the document open that you want to convert. (If you have not yet saved it, save it before proceeding to step 2.)

2. Click on the File menu to get the drop down menu.
